I have loved photography for most of my life and  have been involved in photography in one way or another for the past 34 years.  I began by working in the darkroom in Junior high school and learned how to develop film and print pictures. (I also had a darkroom set up at home in my closet.) I partially worked my way through college in the darkroom printing all the pictures for the yearbook.  I had a wonderful teacher  in college who got me more interested in the picture taking aspect of photography. I still enjoy the "darkroom" aspect of photography... ie: playing with the pictures in Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop after shooting them, but I also enjoy taking them.  I photographed my first wedding at 16 with a polaroid camera! : )
